IT IS OKAY TO CONTINUE POSTING APPLICATIONS, JUST KNOW THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL WE HAVE A MODERATOR STAFF SPOT OPEN. THE EARLIEST POSTED APPLICATIONS AFTER ALL STAFF SPOTS ARE FILLED WILL BE THE ONES THAT ARE GOING TO BE LOOKED AT FIRST. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU WILL BE PICKED. THE PERSON WITH THE BEST APPLICATION AND WHO WE THINK MOST DESERVES THE POSITION AND OWNS UP TO WHAT THEY HAVE POSTED WILL BE THE ONE THAT GETS THE SPOT. |
